US Navy Scuttlebutt on Social Media: Anger Towards Tom Cruise’s Arrogant Behavior as He Films Top Gun 2

Tom Cruise is filming Top Gun 2 on the mighty USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), a US Nimitz class super carrier. The crew has been ordered to not look at Tom Cruise or to talk to the arrogant Scientology OT. Tom Cruise will make a fortune from Top Gun 2 pretending to be a US Navy officer and yet he shows no respect to for the men and women who serve aboard the Theodore Roosevelt.

Tom Cruise has the same arrogant behavior going on in Scientology: No one is allowed to look at him or talk to him unless he grants permission.

Scuttlebutt from the crew of the “TR” has made its way onto social media — and special thanks to my colleague Intergalactic Walrus for making today’s article possible due to his timely commenting at the Underground Bunker.

Tom Cruise is a Scientologist and obeys L. Ron Hubbard. Here is something to know about L. Ron Hubbard: Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard’s Fake Purple Hearts and Bronze Star!

On a related note we remind readers of Tom Cruise’s 2013 epic disaster in which he claimed that his job was as hard as fighting in Afghanistan. TMZ reported that Tom Cruise ridiculously claimed the following in a deposition:

Tom Cruise not only thinks he trains harder than Olympic athletes, he believes his job as a professional actor is as grueling as fighting the war in Afghanistan — this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.
First, the Middle East — Tom says his location shoots are just like serving a tour in Afghanistan, “That’s what it feels like. And certainly on this last movie, it was brutal. It was brutal.”

NATO special operators in Afghanistan responded to Cruise’s outlandish statement with this photo. The sign reads, “Tom Cruise? We never heard of her!

  1. My father, who flew a B25 in WW2, walked out of the first Top Gun at the beginning when Cruise’s character is refused permission to buzz the tower but does it anyway. He just gets a “ talking to” but there are no other consequences. I knew then it was a stupid movie and never watched it either. My son is a Navy Aviator and I know Little Tom would not even last a day in the real Navy. One of these days he’s going to piss off the wrong guy and and get taken down a notch or two and I hope photographers are there to capture the moment.

  2. A US Navy warship is not a Scientology facility. He sucks as a human as most of you fucks that never served this great country for y’all to be what ever the hell yall want to be!! Don’t bite the hand that protects you punk ass fucks!!

  3. Scientologist Tom Cruise’s closest and most dear personal friend is Scientology Leader Captain David Miscavige.

Captain Miscavige has issued orders for Scientology Sea Org Commandos to arrest the USS Theodore Roosevelt and take into Scientology custody all SP’s and jokers who have made critical remarks about Tom Cruise. All SP’s will be interrogated, found guilty in a summary trial, and ordered to hard labor in a Scientology prison. Captain Miscavige means business!

  4. During the first filming of Top Gun, he was also rude to the people who took care of his flight gear. One day, one of the Navy PR’s (Parachute Rigger) rubbed his penis all over the oxygen mask that Tom Cruise was going to be wearing. Commonly called cocking his mask. I would have loved to been there and watched him put it on his face.

  5. Cruise is an ACTOR…that is all he is. He’s a dumbass diva actor.
He is here to entertain us!!
He works for OUR money, no different than any other employee. We don’t have to go see his movie in theaters. If you are wanting to see it wait for it to come out on Netflix or Redbox, PBS, I won’t judge you🤣.
He is wealthy and we won’t break him by not seeing one movie. Scientology will support him if he doesn’t act again.

He is a wannabe Navy Pilot, at this moment that is his ACTING role. He’s pretending to be important. He is not important to the normal person.

We the people should stand behind our Service members and blast Cruise for his behavior!!

Those Sailors on board TR have been disrespected and have the right to voice their opinions on social media.
As long as they are not disclosing MILITARY INFORMATION there should be no action taken against them. (Unless a direct order was given by THEIR Commander not to talk about Cruise)

  6. Well it must be true if a stranger’s friend’s wife’s second cousin twice removed said he saw it on a random persons phone.

  7. I’d have looked at him and he could like it or not… idk. There’s nothing he can do to a person that look at him. He’s delusional and everyone needs to stop entertaining this guy, who has NO authority over you

  8. Scientology Money Project,
to quote you….. “In terms of UCMJ 92, was a direct order given by the US Navy that no one could make posts on social media about Tom Cruise and the making of Top Gun 2? Is that what you’re saying? Was an order given?” end quote.

Allow me to clarify…. technically, there’s no such thing as a “DIRECT ORDER.”
With regards to the UCMJ…. a “direct order” really doesn’t matter if the “direct order” isn’t a “LAWFUL ORDER.” Example…. a superior officer can give a direct order to his/her subordinates, to have $1M dollars removed from the station’s/ship’s vaults and placed in the trunk of his personal automobile….. to which that order can be refused by subordinates …. as it’s not a “LAWFUL ORDER.” The knowledge level, skill set and integrity of those giving and receiving orders determines what’s “Lawful” and what’s Unlawful.” Direct is just BS, period.

IMHO, whatever order was given, by the CO or his Command Representatives with regards to conduct towards Tom Cruise and his movie crew / posse… was it was a lawful order? The burden of proof would have to be proofed by who brought charges upon the sailor(s). IMHO, that would be impossible to litigate, as they would conflict with and negate several of the Navy’s/Military’s “General Orders,.” which are 24/7 consistent with all members of the Armed Forces / DOD. That would be arguable in a court martial.

If charges were executed on sailors placing the “social media” remarks… good, bad or indifferent….” that’s a whole different ball game…… Just about anything can be bounced off the Manual of Court Martial and USMJ with regards to not promoting or practicing “Good Order and Discipline.” No matter what the “emotional feeling is…” there’s a tightrope to be walked when adjudicating this type of situation.

If I was that/those sailors being article 15’d …. I would attempt to waive the Article 15 NJP charges, and request a Special Court Martial…. which would IMHO, allow them a better opportunity to beat the charges….. Then again… shipboard commands are allowed to deny a Special /Summary Court Martial request. at which point, they have to appeal whatever disciplinary action the Article 15 awarded to them.

I’m sure all this can be checked out an verified somewhere on line…. or ask any Mess Deck / Sea Lawyer that’s been to an Article 15 once or twice. When I served…. this information was part of command’s annual General Military Training also… therefore…. whoever did what…. good, bad or indifferent… they were privy to the consequences of their actions….

In 1979, a movie crew came on board the USS Nimitz (CVN-68) to film segments of the movie, “The Final CountDown.” All the primary and secondary officers were amicable and friendly with all the crew and their family members. I was able to have a conversation with Kirk Douglas, Martin Sheen, Katherine Ross, James Farentiino, Charles Durning and Ron O’Neal. It’s a real shame, as well as a disgrace to Hollywood these actors listed spirit and openness with the ship’s crew hasn’t perpetuated to today’s arrogant celebrities. Karma will, IMHO trump Scientology.

  9. One “Dogging Wrench” will do it ! or “Man Overboard” ! , maybe a well planned “Blanket Party” will be great ! Don’t take no crap from them Hollywood SOB’s !

  10. For this” there should be a ban at all theaters, don’t go see this movie in support for all our service men and women who protect our country, he is a discrace to our country.

  11. i HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO STAND HIM SINCE HE STATED HE KNEW MORE ABOUT POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION THAN PSYCHIATRISTS (WHO SPENT A 5 YEAR RESIDENCY) BECAUSE THIS ASS READ A BOOK ONCE ON THE SUBJECT….HE HAS A GOD COMPLEX….HENCE HIS INVOLVEMENT IN SCIENTOLOGY—–HIS ARROGANCE IS UNPARALLELED. i AM A PHYSICIAN. i’M SURE IF I READ A BOOK ON ACTING…I GUESS I WOULD BE A BETTER ACTOR BY THAT LOGIC…WHAT A COMPLETE ASS HE IS. HE’LL GROW OLD…AND EVENTUALLY HE’LL FIND OUT HE’S NOT ALL THAT….WHAT A CRUSHING BLOW THAT’S GOING TO BE WHEN THE WORLD DOESN’T BE A PATH TO HIS DOOR…PLEASE BOYCOTT HIS DISRESPECTFUL MOVIE….HIS STUFF IS CRAP AND HIS ARROGANCE SHOULD NOT BE REWARDED

    DR TH

  12. So you say he will talk to an POS extra so he if he does A, he will do B. That’s bad math. Oh and how dare you compare being an extra with being in the service.

  13. Scientologists DON’T believe in the Bible either! True to their name, they believe in the science of humans being Gods. They don’t believe in God because they believe THEY ARE God! They believe that every human can work their way up to becoming Gods! It’s pretty funny considering NONE of them Gods can perform any miracles! It’s also pretty funny to see them try to hide the fact that Hubbard DIED since Gods are supposed to be immortal! When they finally had to admit it, they say he went up to one of the planet as he has completed his quest to be a God & wouldn’t let people see his dead body! Can we say BS!!!! 🤪

  14. Quinn, the screenshots are real. If you want to believe the fake news Tom Cruise damage control piece NBC 7 San Diego did then be my guest. You have every right to be stupid and gullible. It’s not illegal.

BTW, Quinn: You failed to disclose that you’re a Scientologist. Your membership in a Cult explains the need for you to engage in the behavior of a degraded being.

  15. Clayton; cold hard evidence huh? I wonder what your beliefs are if any? I’ve learned atheists need much more faith than me to believe the ridiculous Big Bang nonsense theory. That takes a LOT of faith and has no cold hard evidence. The religion of science or scientism is one of theory and much faith!

  16. Tom is a a man who truly thinks he’s the only one who matters in the world. No wonder he cannot find a woman who will stay with him. Ms NK who is happily married to KU and has a beautiful family she deserves. Katie father really one of the best prenup ever done. Tom really is a sad man and I hope he will see just what this evil cult really is before it’s too late!!

  17. Anyone dumb enough to believe in Scientology believe that their personal life is more important than rest of the world. It pisses me off that our government allows that group to be classified as a church.
I pity Tom Cruise and rest of that bunch today they faced God.

  18. For those questioning Cruz behavior on the TR.. my son was stationed on the TR at the time of shooting and is even an extra in the film. He called me right after Cruz first came on board and had told everyone not to look at him or talk to him. I understand he’s a diva and an entertainer. But he’ll make a small fortune off of the backs of those he disrespected. Buy your tickets, I will, just to see my kid and the rest of our men and women in Uniform. Cruz will get richer, but in the end, he’s just a simple little man, with a simple little mind.

  19. He never compared acting to fighting in Afghanistan,at least not in a serious manner. Read the whole interview before judging.

  20. TMZ reported on Tom Cruise comparing his work to fighting in Afghanistan. Please direct your Tom Cruise fanboy complaints to Harvey Levin at TMZ.
