  1. Hope they had video of the incident. If not they could possibly subpoena the COS’s video (which they likely have) for their own use on appeal.

  2. I don’t know what to say. What really do police allies think of this.

I defer to outside lawyers and fellow prosecutors, and judges on this.

If there is controversy and fault in police or judge in this case then I hope Aaron appeals.

I think an outside lawyer and judge, ex prosecutor, current legally adept persons need comment here.

I defer to lawyers and judges, and think if appeal is warranted, I support Aaron doing an appeal.

  3. I saw the video that Aaron himself was taking during Mr. Shapes’ shoving into Aaron. Shape caused the incident. Not Aaron. Its been a long term custom for Scientologists to harass, especially by stepping on feet of the target. Its also been customary for that CIA mind control cult to LIE… to cheat… to steal… to sue… to embarrass… to attack… to get criminal convictions on their enemies… etc… and these mindless sea org idiots, and customers, do not SEE all those cameras there ??? Hint – religions do not spy on all their members !!!

  4. I am an attorney. I wasn’t in the courtroom but I saw the video and followed this fairly closely. Shape was barely touched, and only after he had Aaron’s foot caught in a door and refused to allow Aaron to get his foot out and leave. He would not have been convicted but for an extremely hostile judge and her pretrial rulings. This is not an incident that would have resulted in a criminal prosecution and jail time under almost any other circumstances. Aaron’s conviction is a product of Clearwater’s occupation.

  5. Looks like another predictable result of the cult-corrupted local government cooperating with Miscavige’s whims in the area around the Flag Land Base.
