April 2023: Grant Cardone’s twin brother Gary Cardone, his ex-wife Monica Eaton, and their company Chargebacks911 were sued by the US Federal Trade Commission and the State of Florida. The complaint alleges fraudulent business practices engaged in by their jointly-owned company Chargebacks911.

July 2023: Chargebacks911, Cardone, and Eaton filed a motion for summary judgment to get the case against them dismissed.
