You can also find the actual form here & the CA code. I found it’s exactly as this guy above described. Which in Danny’s case is 60 points = level 4 just based on the expected sentence of 30 years. I’m not sure if he might get bumped down to 3 based on his age & lack of prior history, but the fact these convictions involve ‘force’ means he’s going to have a very rough time in prison, even on a SNY.
