Other agencies include the U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration. This agency’s name is abbreviated as TIGTA and it oversees the IRS. TIGTA should be asked to investigate why the IRS Commissioner violated internal rules in 1993 in order to give the Church of Scientology special treatment in evaluating the Church’s eligibility for tax-exempt status. This special treatment is explained in our video and in the articles linked are shown below.

The IRS granted the Church of Scientology International (CSI) 501(c)(3) tax exempt status in 1993. This was an umbrella tax exemption that extended to all Scientology Orgs and religious corporations.

Therefore, the correct target is the Church of Scientology International’s tax exemption as it is the master tax exemption for all of Scientology.

Complaints can be made online using IRS Form 13909. The easy instructions are posted here on our blog.  Below is an example of what a Form 13909 looks like when reporting the  Church of Scientology International. The EIN’s for those corporations are contained in the link above to reporting instructions.
