Grant Cardone Major Fraud Alleged: The Scientology Hustler Used a Stunt Double in His Parachute Jump Into Marlins Stadium to Open 10X GrowthCon in 2019

Aaron Smith-Levin interviewed Gary Brecka who, along with his wife Sage Workinger, are suing Cardone Ventures and, in a separate complaint, are also suing Elena Cardone for $100 million in a defamation claim.

Gary Brecka and Sage Workinger sold their health and fitness company to Cardone Ventures. The company was renamed 10X Health System. Brecka alleges the dishonesty, bad faith, and self-dealing of Grant Cardone and his partner Brandon Dawson in managing 10X Health System.

During the interview, Gary Brecka stated that Grant Cardone used a stunt double in Cardone’s highly-publicized skydive into Marlins Stadium in 2019 during his 10X Growth Conference. If true, this is a spectacular fraud and could give rise to civil lawsuits and possible criminal actions against Cardone and his co-conspirators. Scroll down to watch Aaron’s interview with Gary Brecka. It is well worth your time to listen to Brecka describe the inner workings and machinations of Cardone Ventures.

Criminal charges could be possible because Cardone sold private securities in Cardone Capital at the event. The parachute jump was certainly a fraudulent inducement used to create the impression that Grant Cardone had a level of fitness, vigor, and courage to make an extremely skilled parachute jump at age 61.

This fraudulent inducement would lead investors to believe that they too must take risks in life by investing in Cardone Capital. Indeed, Cardone’s message was this: Just as Grant Cardone risked his life by performing an extremely technical jump through the open roof of Marlins Stadium, so too must investors take risks by investing in Cardone Capital if they want to enjoy big rewards, private jets, financial success, etc.

We note that Cardone, to the best of our knowledge and belief, has not made another parachute jump since this allegedly bogus jump in 2019. We mention this because Cardone claimed he trained for months to make the jump and injured his ankle upon landing. The claim that he injured his ankle could have been a pretext to avoid future jumps. Cardone blathered on after the jump with an aphorism about how one has to build the airplane before they can jump. This alludes to building one’s investments and wealth by investing with Cardone Capital.

If true, the stunt double allegation would also be false advertising and an outright lie engaged in by Cardone and his inner circle. It would also be part of Brecka’s discovery in his lawsuit against Cardone Ventures to establish a pattern of Grant Cardone lying to both investors and the public.

Gary Brecka also confirmed Aaron Smith-Levin’s past reports that undercover FBI agents were working inside of Cardone Capital in an investigation. Brecka stated that Cardone shared this with him in a rather nonchalant manner.

The way in which the jump was filmed by Cardone’s media team had the parachuting Cardone disappear behind the giant screens set up on the stadium field.

When the skydiver lands, the video is unclear and viewers assume it is Cardone but, upon review of the video below, the identity of the jumper cannot be ascertained due to the way in which the filming was staged to obscure the face of the jumper. However, after a pause, another camera cuts to Grant Cardone in a 10X skying suit.

Following his alleged landing, Grant Cardone makes an appearance on the big screen with his wife and daughters to say that he injured his ankle, needs treatment, but will be out to speak as soon as possible. However, he is wearing a white collar business shirt as he removes his yellow skydiving suit. Who parachutes with a white collar business shirt under their skydiving suit?

Grant Cardone used his purported skydiving virtuosity in his advertising. If a stunt double was used, then this is false advertising:

We were searching today for Cardone’s 2019 10X Growth Conference and much of it has disappeared. Many pages on Cardone’s website are 404. So the question becomes: Is Grant Cardone erasing evidence?

Grant Cardone engaged in fraud during the pandemic when he claimed he was going bankrupt. Cardone later stated he did this to “rise above the noise” and get media coverage. Translated, Cardone walked over the backs of the pandemic dead to keep himself in the news. Many people online outraged by Cardone’s deception. Here is the video:

We covered Cardone’s video at the time: Scientologist Grant Cardone Admits to Walking Over the Backs of 140,000 Pandemic Dead to Get Himself Noticed.

This bankruptcy video was a fraud and could also be part of Brecka’s discovery to establish a pattern of Cardone lying to his investors and the public.

Influencer Chris Chron made an outraged video reaction to Cardone’s fraudulent bankruptcy claim that has 96,000 views:

The shyster Grant Cardone took down his bankruptcy video and admitted that he lied. However, he spun his lie as a creative way to get attention:

January 16. 2025: Aaron Smith-Levin interviews Gary Brecka. This is the interview where Brecka specifically mentions that Cardone used a stunt double in his 2019 parachute jump and then claimed credit for himself. This is fraud by any definition.
