Scientologist hypocrite and fraud Trish Duggan receiving an award from Scientology Crime Boss David Miscavige.
The Church of Scientology’s notorious Office of Special Affairs and Scientology dictator David Miscavige covered up the crimes of serial rapist Danny Masterson for decades and thereby denied his victims justice. While Masterson drugged and forcibly raped many women, he was convicted on two counts and sentenced to 30 years in California State prison.
OSA’s cover up of Masterson’s sex crimes are by no means an isolated event. OSA has covered up other rapes and criminal acts of child molestation. OSA has covered up many crimes committed by Scientologists. This is because L. Ron Hubbard’s policy forbids Scientologists to report other Scientologists to the police. To do so is a HIGH CRIME per Hubbard’s policy.
Conversely, when Scientology’s wealthiest member Trish Duggan alleged that her fellow Scientologist Ivan Gaspari had stolen $10 million from her investment in his company Ivancore SA, there was no OSA cover up. Rather, Scientology and Duggan acted immediately and publicly to file criminal charges against Gaspari.
We reported on Duggan’s investment in Gaspari’s company and some of the inner workings of her financial management. The details point to the interconnectedness of the wealthy Scientology elites who keep the horrific cultic status quo in place as it benefits them in so many ways. Trish Duggan, Grant Cardone, Tom Cruise, John Travolta and the rest of the elite do not care if the Sea Org abducts your children into a life of penury and slave labor. They do not care because their exchange is in with the Church as proven by their IAS status trophies.
Trish Duggan’s attorney and fellow Scientologist Stephen Hayes contacted the Swiss police and filed criminal charges against Gaspari. And yet L. Ron Hubbard wrote that turing a Scientologist over to the police is a “HIGH CRIME.”
The bottom line: A male celebrity can can drug and rape multiple women in Scientology and be protected by decades of cover ups by Scientology officials. This is because L. Ron Hubbard’s policy forbids Scientologists to report any Scientologist to the police. Hubbard wanted all police matters hidden from view and handled internally by Scientology Ethics.
However, this supposedly ironclad Hubbard policy was ignored when a Scientologist allegedly stole millions of dollars from Trish Duggan. The theft of Trish’s money caused all hell to break loose and the offender was immediately reported to the police and Duggan’s lawyer had the alleged thief immediately imprisoned in Switzerland under the provisions of Swiss law.
Never once was Ivan Gaspari allowed access to Scientology’s so-called “Ethics and Justice” procedures. Gaspari also could not demand that the matter with Trish Duggan be handled in a private binding arbitration hearing as Scientology uses against its victims.
Lengthy “pretrial detention” as it is called, is part of Swiss law. Therefore, when Trish Duggan’s attorneys filed a complaint with the Swiss authorities against Ivan Gaspari, he was jailed in June, 2023.
L. Ron Hubbard and Scientology are dismissive of “wog law” and regard it is aberrated. However, Scientology moves as fast as possible to use wog law when it serves their purposes against protesters and anyone who takes money from Trish Duggan.
This is a hypocritical double standard: If wog law is so awful, then Scientology should not use it against protesters or anyone else. Scientology talks out of both sides of its mouth: It covers up for a serial rapist while calling the LAPD every five minutes on protesters.
It must be noted that Trish Duggan was completely silent on the Danny Masterson multiple rapes criminal case. However, she used the Swiss police and prosecutors and and her own fellow Scientologist attorney when her money was stolen by another Scientologist.
Trish Duggan ignored Hubbard’s prohibition on reporting another Scientologist to the police. This exposes Trish Duggan as the ultimate Scientologist hypocrite and fraud.
Trish Duggan’s attorney and fellow Scientologist Stephen Hayes publicly denounced Ivan Gaspari. Publicly denouncing another Scientologist is also a high crime per Hubbard’s policy. In June, 2024 Tony Ortega reported on Hayes’ denunciation of Gaspari to Swiss authorities:
He (Ivan Gaspari) wasn’t stealing from Duggan, he insists, he was doing what they both, as longtime Scientologists, were dedicated to do: Enrich the church, which has such a focus on large donations from wealthy individuals.
Gaspari says he’s bewildered at Duggan turning on him and asking for him to be prosecuted.
“I am here without even an accusation. They are just making investigations,” he complains on one of his telephone calls.
Duggan’s attorney Steven Hayes, meanwhile, testified to Swiss authorities that he “didn’t care” how Gaspari allocated several million dollars that went missing, the facts show Gaspari is a criminal and they want him prosecuted.
“I don’t care what he did with it. He has stolen,” Hayes said in an official interrogation…
In April 2023, Gaspari’s wife met with Trish Duggan, trying to smooth over the situation.“Trish was crying. ‘I want to help you,’ she was saying. ‘I love you guys.’ Meanwhile, the lawsuit was already set,” Gaspari says. Days earlier, Ferrum, one of Trish’s companies, had filed suit against him.
“She knew the lawsuit was coming and was being fake with my wife, crying,” Gaspari says.
In June 2023, Gaspari was under so much stress he had a stroke. Two days after he returned to his home from the hospital, police arrived and picked him up. He’s been in custody ever since.
According to the Public Ministry of the Canton of Ticino in Lugano, Ivan Gaspari is being held under a criminal complaint of “aggravated unfaithful administration,” forgery, and money laundering, made by a “private complainant,” which is Ivancore, the company that was named for Gaspari and was created when Trish Duggan invested in him.
In his HCO Policy Letter of 23 Dec 1965 RB, Revised 8 January 1991 and captioned Suppressive Acts, Suppression of Scientology and Scientologists, L. Ron Hubbard declared that “Delivering up the person of a Scientologist without justifiable defense or lawful protest to the demands of civil or criminal law,” is a suppressive act. And yet OSA allowed Trish Duggan and her attorney to file criminal charges against Ivan Gaspari in complete violation of Hubbard’s scripture.
Some excerpts from Hubbard’s bulletin (shown below) offers us an insight into what Hubbard considered to be high crimes. The list is quite bizarre inasmuch as Hubbard calls murder, arson, blackmail, and sexually perverted conduct high crimes while also calling the public disavowal of Scientology, reporting Scientologists to the civil authorities, and suing the Church of Scientology high crimes. Excerpts:
A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON or GROUP is one that actively seeks to suppress or damage Scientology or a Scientologist by suppressive acts.
SUPPRESSIVE ACTS are acts calculated to impede or destroy Scientology or a Scientologist and which are listed at length in this policy letter.
Suppressive acts are defined as actions or omissions undertaken to knowingly suppress, reduce or impede Scientology or Scientologists.
Such suppressive acts include:
Any felony (such as murder, arson, etc.) against person or property.
Sexual or sexually perverted conduct contrary to the well-being or good state of mind of a Scientologist in good standing or under the charge of Scientology, such as a student or a preclear.
Blackmail of Scientologists or Scientology organizations threatened or accomplished—in which case the crime being used for blackmail purposes becomes fully outside the reach of Ethics and is absolved by the fact of blackmail unless repeated.
Delivering up the person of a Scientologist without justifiable defense or lawful protest to the demands of civil or criminal law.
Public disavowal of Scientology or Scientologists in good standing with Scientology organizations.
Public statements against Scientology or Scientologists but not to Committees of Evidence duly convened.
Proposing, advising or voting for legislation or ordinances, rules or laws directed toward the suppression of Scientology.
Scientology’s internal culture of covering up rapes, pedophilia, and other crimes perpetrated by Scientologists is Church policy as dictated by L. Ron Hubbard and perpetuated by David Miscavige. However, stealing money from Trish Duggan is quite another matter altogether in Scientology. Raping and drugging women and child molestation are covered up. Stealing money from Trish, though, is an extremely serious criminal matter for the police to handle.
The hypocrisy is staggering. Sex crimes are covered up, but taking money from Trish Duggan? Time to crucify the SP who committed such an act!
Ivan Gaspari and his wife donated millions of dollars to David Miscavige’s slush fund a/k/a the IAS. However, his misappropriation of funds from Trish Duggan cancelled his IAS honors and put him in prison for 5.5 years. His crimes against Trish Duggan, the wealthiest Scientologist, had to be avenged. Tom Cruise and Trish Duggan are holy objects in Scientology.
