Grant Cardone has filed a lawsuit against former T-Mobile CEO John Legere for slander and libel. Cardone claims he has been harmed in the amount of $100 million.

Legere has publicly called Cardone a Bullshit Artist and a Conman. Below is the Periscope audio that ignited the lawsuit. In the exchange Legere asks Cardone repeatedly to say if he is a billionaire or not. Cardone evades the question. Legere also challenges Cardone on his drinking given that Cardone has said for decades that he is a recovered drug addict:

This is the TikTok post in which Grant Cardone tells his potential clients who are going bankrupt to charge their Cardone sales training to their cards and then stick the credit card company with the debt. In our opinion, this is Cardone inducing others to engage in credit card fraud to enrich Cardone. This is evidence, we think, that goes to supporting Legere’s claim that Cardone is a bullshit artist and a conman.

Aaron responded to Cardone’s legal threat by publicly inviting Grant to sue him.

Given the evidence we present in this video, our opinion is that Grant Cardone has made a very serious mistake he will live to regret. In our view, any jury will laugh Grant Cardone right out of the courtroom given the evidence.

Worse, Grant Cardone has now given John Legere the chance to depose him about his finances, drinking, and business misconduct which go to proving that Legere neither slandered nor libeled Cardone.

The grandiose and multifamily-addicted Grant Cardone does not seem to realize that this is not the Luis Pino case. John Legere has experience in the hardball corporate world Grant Cardone does not have and will never have. Grant knows how to leverage debt and use social media and that is the scope of his skill set.

In our view, Cardone is engaging in Scientology Fair Game and will lose big time given what he has said and done on social media over the years. It will all come back to haunt him like a freight train loaded with angry body thetans.
