When asked about President Trump’s commutation of David Gentile’s prison sentence, White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt deflected. However, she did have a prepared statement she read.

That Leavitt read a prepared statement shows that the White House knew that the Gentile Commutation had gone viral and was being viewed as a sleazy and corrupt act by the media and Trump’s opponents.

Leavitt essentially acknowledged that Trump overturned a Court’s criminal sentencing of David Gentile which happened after an eight week criminal  trial.

David Gentile, 59, was found guilty of five counts of wire fraud and securities fraud. He walked out of a US Federal Prison after serving less than two weeks of seven year sentence. Gentile is being widely viewed as a crook in what is now a viral news story.  

The Gentile Commutation has now become a political war with Trump’s opponents citing it as a prime example of corruption.

The Trump Administration is repeating Gentile’s spin that the trial was about language in the Private Placement Memorandum which warned investors that new investor money could be used to pay distributions. This is a fabrication. The change in PPM language was not amended until the third iteration and sought to legalize Gentile’s Ponzi-like scheme. 

The absurd and dishonest justification for Gentile’s commutation from the White House was an attempt to get the President off the hook for yet another act of corruption. Gentile was not a victim of Biden-era lawfare as Trump claimed in citing his justification for the commutation. Gentile’s crimes began in Obama administration and continued into the Trump 45 and Biden administrations.

Trump was in office from January 2017 until January 2021. The FBI raided GPB Capital’s offices in 2019 and and the SEC launched a full scale investigation in this period. Trump did nothing to shut down the extensive FBI and SEC investigations into GPB Capital in his first term.    

That the $1.7 billion GPB Capital Holdings Ponzi-like scheme was founded with Russian Mob money once again raises the spectre of Donald Trump’s ties to Russia.

The key Scientologists we are looking into are John Coale and his wife Greta Van Susteren. Coale was one of Trump’s lawyers who represented him when he sued Meta, Twitter, and Google. Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta settled with Trump for $25 million. Trump has since appointed John Coale as the US Special Envoy to Ukraine and Belarus.

John Coale and Greta Van Susteren have long safe-pointed Scientology in Christian Evangelical circles due to their long friendship with Franklin Graham of Samaritan’s Purse. L. Ron Hubbard declared in his secret teachings that Jesus Christ was a pedophile and that Christianity was an alien R6 implant. Franklin Graham appears tragically unaware of Hubbard’s blasphemy of his Savior and merely states that despite his “religious differences” with John and Greta, they are dear friends and have been for decades.

John Coale is well-positioned in the Trump Administration to have sought a commutation for his David Gentile. Again, until specifics of Gentile’s thoroughly  corrupt commutation are obtained, what went on behind the scenes remains uncertain.
