A New York Times article released late on the night of November 29, 2025 states that President Trump commuted the seven-year prison sentence of David Gentile and that Gentile’s felony conviction on five charges remains in place.

Our sources indicated there was a pardon as we stated on our podcast. However, we made it clear that until the actual Gentile document was  published on the DOJ’s Pardon Attorney website, the exact details remained unconfirmed.

What we could confirm is that David Gentile was in the custody of the US Bureau of Prisons. A letter Gentile’s lawyers sent to Judge Kovner stated that Gentile had surrendered himself on November 14, 2025. 

Our check of the US BOP showed that Gentile was not in custody as of November 26, 2025:

The NYT report stated that David Gentile’s convicted co-conspirator Jeffry Schneider did not receive Presidential Clemency, which bolsters our argument that the Church of Scientology was involved and was only interested in getting its criminal out from behind bars.

The behind the scenes details on how David Gentile walked away from a seven-year prison sentence in which he defrauded 15,000 investors of $1.7 billion raise many questions about the relationship of the Church of Scientology to the Trump White House. The key Scientologists are John Coale and his wife Greta Van Susteren. Coale was one of Trump’s lawyers who represented him when he sued Meta, Twitter, and Google. Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta settled with Trump for $25 million. Trump has since appointed John Coale as the US Special Envoy to Ukraine and Belarus.

John Coale and Greta Van Susteren have long safe-pointed Scientology in Christian Evangelical circles due to their long friendship with Franklin Graham of Samaritan’s Purse. L. Ron Hubbard declared in his secret teachings that Jesus Christ was a pedophile and that Christianity was an alien R6 implant. Franklin Graham appears tragically unaware of Hubbard’s blasphemy of his Savior and merely states that despite his “religious differences” with John and Greta, they are dear friends and have been for decades. 

John Coale is well-positioned in the Trump Administration to have sought a commutation for his David Gentile. Again, until specifics of Gentile’s thoroughly  corrupt commutation are obtained, what went on behind the scenes is uncertain. 

The story of Gentile’s commutation is particularly compelling if Jeffry Schneider’s sentence is not commuted. At least for now it appears that Gentile got the mine and Schneider got the shaft. As Scientology would view the matter, Jeffry Schneider is a throwaway wog. If Schneider had a crystal ball, he would have converted to Scientology a long time ago. 

As Gentile’s criminal conviction remains, the matter of criminal forfeiture arises. A commutation does not necessarily release a convict from forfeiture; it depends upon which box David Gentile checked in his Presidential Clemency application:

Due to the financial magnitude of Gentile’s crimes, one would imagine that there would be no remission of fines or restitution.

However, given David Gentile’s sentence being commuted after the inestimable harm and suffering he inflicted upon his 15,000 victims to feed his voracious greed, Trump’s corrupt pardon may waive criminal forfeiture which would allow Gentile and keep his Tony-Soprano-like home on Long Island.

No one knows the criminal forfeiture aspects of the Gentile commutation at this writing. As we understand the matter, the Court still has to rule on post-conviction aspects of forfeiture in the Gentile/Schneider case. 

AI: A presidential commutation does not automatically eliminate forfeiture, as it only reduces the sentence and does not overturn the conviction. While a commutation can reduce or eliminate the prison time and may be combined with a remission of fines and forfeitures, the original conviction remains on the record. The forfeiture may still be enforced depending on the terms of the commutation or if it was a separate part of the original judgment.

Trump’s Pardon Czar Alice Marie Johnson posted a message on her Twitter page expressing her happiness that David Gentile was headed home to be with his family.

This shows Alice Marie Johnson’s pure ignorance of the scope of the crimes committed by Gentile. We doubt she interviewed any of Gentile’s victims or gave them in any input. We are researching Alice Marie Johnson’s connections in regards to the Gentile pardon. Trump just announced that he would grant a full and complete pardon former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández, who was extradited to the US, tried, convicted, and sentenced to 45 years in Federal prison for his role in a massive drug trafficking operation that imported vast amounts of cocaine into the United States.

Like Juan Orlando Hernández, Trump’s Pardon Czar Alice Marie Johnson is herself a former cocaine trafficker who was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1996. She was pardoned by Trump in 2018 after serving 21 years. Kim Kardashian and Kayne West advocated with Trump for Johnson’s pardon.  Wiki’s page on Alice Marie Johnson:

Here is the Presidential Commutation Application that David Gentile would have filled out upon his conviction. How Gentile received such a fast commutation is a question that needs to be answered because it is so dirty. Names need to be named.
