The Hillside Strangler and Zero Dark Tony

        Anthony D’Amato                                                              Anthony D’Amato

While researching suspected OSA agent Anthony D’Amato a/k/a Zero Dark Tony, we discovered that Hillside Strangler Kenneth Bianchi legally changed his name to Anthony D’Amato on October 11, 2023.

This information comes from an Indeterminate Sentencing Review Board (ISRB) hearing held by the Washington State Department of Corrections on June 25, 2025. The document notes:

That a notorious convicted serial killer would be so specific in the choice of a name, as well as the time frame, makes one wonder: Is Kenneth Bianchi a Zero Dark Tony fanboy?

Perhaps Bianchi admired ZDT’s style as he listened to his podcasts from his cell in Washington State Penitentiary?

They both hate women and so there is that.

The Hillside Strangler is incarcerated and, it appears, Zero Dark Tony will also soon be incarcerated as well after an arrest warrant was issued for him on October 29, 2025:

Trigger Warning: Do Not Read the Content Shown Below if Violent Content is Harmful to You in Anyway.

Below are shown graphic and violent excerpts of ZDT’s social media postings. There are excerpts from a pretrial motion in The People of the State of California, Plaintiff v. Anthony Damato, Defendant (Case No. 24CJCM07073):

Now that Anthony Damato — the suspected OSA Agent and not the Hillside Strangler — has an arrest warrant and a $500,000 bond, what will OSA do?

In our view, if Zero Dark Tony is an OSA agent, then he would have always been viewed by OSA as a throwaway asset.

This is the point at which OSA might use its techniques to drive ZDT into 5250 psychiatric confinement. As with all throwaway assets, OSA will make these people discredit themselves after use.

  1. Sometimes different people find the same thing. Finding the Hillside Strangler changed his name was an easy Google Search. Please post your link to your original work here for credit.
