Legal genius Anthony D’Amato, 54, bragged on his livestream this past weekend that all the charges against him would be dropped today in LA Criminal Court. At issue is D’Amato’s continued online harassment of a minor which lead to 26 charges being filed against him.
This did not happen. D’Amato alleged corruption by the LA District Attorney’s Office and even suggested the Judge was in on it. D’Amato then made his usual empty threats that he was going to sue everyone and would be awarded millions of dollars in damages.
D’Amato is proclaiming himself a free speech hero and martyr when he is actually a vile psychotic who is capable of violence. He belongs in prison.
Left to his own devices, D’Amato will predictably put himself right back in LA County Jail because he has a big mouth and no self-control. D’Amato’s mother raised a monster and she cannot can protect her son from himself.
According to Landesman’s report, the Judge ordered D’Amato to make no mention of his victim, a minor. D’Amato now has Criminal Protective Order against him in place. If he violates the order, he will be taken back to jail and his bond will be increased to $500,000.
