David Gentile’s sentencing day for his convictions in his $1.8 billion Ponzi-like scheme is March 6, 2025.

Mr. Gentile is now seeking a sixth sentencing delay in order to avoid the finality of being sent to prison.

The Government opposes any further delays and its Response in Opposition is posted below: Justice delayed is justice denied.
