1. One thing is INCOMM and ASI, both have internet “hot” communication lines for upkeeping the Int to LA microwave dish communication work.

   For instance, if the Int to LA “line” goes down, then someone, like Pat Buglewitz (sp?) of INCOMM, or John Busby of INCOMM, I know, I observed both of them going up to the Mt Wilson “dish” to ensure the equipment up there just needed a power up reset, which happened from time to time, when the Int to LA line was down.

   Whoever from INCOMM went driving up to the relay microwave dish area took the walkie talkie with them.

   Also, when INCOMM people came over to the ASI building to do work, likewise, they used their walkie talkie.
