On June 23, 2024 Scientology applied for, and obtained, a street closure of LRH Way under the guise of a staging a “Summer Cultural Festival.”
The dates for the alleged festival are July 8 – July 14, 2024.
The address given is 4810 Sunset Blvd which, for all practical intents and purposes, translates to 1433 L. Ron Hubbard Way.
This is the same address game David Miscavige played at the HGB Building in Hollywood in order to avoid service of subpoena.
The task for protesters, livestreamers, and documentarians is to document if an actual “Summer Cultural Festival” is taking place or if Scientology is engaging in a fraud.
The hours, and duration of time, when the alleged event is occurring, or not occurring, needs to be documented on video with timestamps.
Please do spread this message that Scientology must be held to account for its serial abuse of the LA street closure process. This is a matter that can be legally escalated within the appropriate Los Angeles agencies.
The issue is this: When do the serial street closures of LRH Way become an illegal maneuver by Scientology to ban free speech on a public street?
