Arresting Officer LAPD Officer Tim Talman at the scene. Aaron Smith-Levin has announced that he will be filing a lawsuit against the LAPD. Officer Talman and his colleagues will have to explain their police misconduct to a jury. We certainly hope Talman is suspended from his job with the LAPD pending a psychological fitness review.
Aaron Smith-Levin was released from LAPD custody six hours after LAPD officer Tim Talman of the Hollywood Station arrested him.
It is astonishing to note that LAPD Hollywood called in ~30 officers and a helicopter to arrest Aaron who was not resisting in any way. This was a massively excessive use of police force and an inexcusable waste of taxpayer dollars.
This was clearly an illegal arrest and detention.
It is a absolute and utter disgrace to see LAPD Hollywood working to protect Scientology’s interests.
This happens because Scientology cannot handle the TikTok livestreamers and has, so far, called in two fake bomb threats in a fascist attempt to destroy the Free Speech rights of the TikTok crew.
LAPD Hollywood is the stationhouse that effectively covered up for Danny Masterson and Scientology. Hollywood LAPD is so flagrant that the LAPD Command had to move the Masterson case to Major Crimes Downtown to avoid the risk of Hollywood detectives leaking Masterson case files to Scientology.
We call upon the Los Angeles Police Commission investigate LAPD Hollywood and its relationship to the Church of Scientology. Today’s arrest of Aaron Smith-Levin required no more than two officers and yet Hollywood LAPD so overreacted in force as to look like the East German Stasi of the Cold War.

I grew up in eastern Germany and the STASI was exactly the same way..they tried to rule everyone and everything. Like the kids of stasi member had the order to bully me at school, they planned to remove me from my parents but for my luck the wall falls some days before the stasi planned on removing me…that’s all because my parents choose the wrong cult Jehovahs witnesses were forbidden and you could be jailed if you don’t go to your military duty…but the bullying from the Stasi offsprings only stopped after I defended myself with the same kind of violence…
But this was in the 80 s and not 2024…it was shocking to watch the whole thing unfold in live-stream…blame the victim and being buddy buddy with the violent guy. And the powertrip of officer t. Talman, it looks like he wanted to help out his buddy with blackmailing Aaron smith levin to drop the charges for assault and the kill-threat. Aaron is a hero. Exposing dirty cops, Tim Talman. I just hope we find out how much Scientology or what in ways they use Tim Talman to be their boy.
To hide under the cover of authority, depriving someone of their rights should bring severe punishment. False imprisonment by a kidnapper is bad enough, being done by someone in authority is much much worse. Especially in a democratic society. IMO, Tim Talman should be imprisoned.
