Mark’s victory sends a message to the Church of Scientology: The citizens of Clearwater want a robust and thriving Downtown. The Church of Scientology and its agents failed to defeat Mark Bunker and his modestly-financed campaign.

Bunker’s populist appeal for a better Clearwater carried him to victory.
