Scientologist and attorney Steven Hayes shows up in many places where Scientology and Scientologists need him. For readers wanting to follow Scientology-related forensics, they should always keep an eye on Steven Hayes. He was in the GPB Capital debacle.
Hayes’ name appears on a private foundation named Turquoise Charitable Foundation.
The 2024 IRS Form 990 shows total assets of $140 million.
The only grant made by this private foundation is $19.1 million to the US IAS Members Trust for “Social Betterment” purposes.
The US IAS MT does not exist for social betterment purposes and that is not its charter. Social betterment belongs to Scientology’s secular front groups. However, there are no laws preventing the US IA MT from accepting such donations as it is a broadly-constructed entity.
The first impression is that the Turquoise Charitable Foundation is simply a large tranche of private money parked in a private foundation to siphon off money to Scientology tax-exempt corporations. But this could be incorrect and merits further research for many reasons.
The Turquoise Charitable Foundation will be mapped and researched to see what people and information its connections yield.
The officers of the Turquoise Charitable Foundation are Scientologists affiliated with Trish Duggan and Ticino, Switzerland. Janine Tschupp is an person of interest in our ongoing research as are Trish and Bob Duggan.

Turquoise Charitable Foundation holds shares donated by Trish Duggan, via Deuterium, and the Dohring family’s Age of Learning.

Trish Duggan’s family office manager is Osman Ozsan and he runs Deuterium AS Offshore Investors, Ltd. which is based in the Cayman Islands. Whenever one sees “Deuterium” and “Osman Ozsan” there is a >95% probability it refers to Trish Duggan.

Interesting, thank you. Janine Tschupp became president of Gaspari’s company Ivancore after Hayes/Duggan had im arrested in Switzerland.
Very strange setup, hope they aren’t scamming the public to send cash to Miscavige, but you never know.
