President Trump’s commutation of Scientologist David Gentile’s seven-year prison sentence is a de facto full pardon falsely called a commutation.

Our short video below is followed by the Presidential Clemency document which, outrageously,  shows that David Gentile does not have to any pay fines or restitution for his $1.7 billion dollar crime. He also does not have to serve any probation.

We regard this Clemency as showing Trump’s utter disregard of his Oath of Office to uphold the laws of the United States. Trump failed to protect the 15,000 victims of Gentile and let a brazen criminal go free.

Trump’s “Get Out of Jail Free” card he gave to David Gentile calls into question systemic integrity: how the Trump justice system handles high-dollar financial crime, the precedent it sets, and the public impact when penalties are commuted without accompanying financial remedies. The victims were harmed and there are no consequences for the criminal.

America now has Scientology in the Oval Office orchestrating affairs to allow a major Scientologist white collar criminal to go free.
