Scientologist Felon David Gentile and his wog partner in crime Jeffry Schneider have asked the court for a November 15, 2025 surrender date. Both convicts claim they need to complete necessary medical procedures before beginning their terms of imprisonment.
Their original surrender date has been moved several times, most recently from July to August 2025. Now Gentile and Schneider have obtained a four month delay. Justice delayed is justice denied.
Over against this extended surrender date, both Gentile and Schneider have filed motions to remain free pending their appeal. Both argue that they pose no risks and therefore should be allowed to remain free until their appeal is heard.
The Government does not oppose the November 15, 2025 surrender date but has stated that it will oppose Gentile and Schneider remaining free until their appeal.
The Government has asked the Court to order forfeiture in the amounts as follows:
Using the same bogus “GPB Capital Holdings Scam-o-matic Bookkeeping” system that caused two of their outside auditing firms to resign, Schneider and Gentile argue as follows in a recent filing: 
Gentile and Schneider want to deduct the costs of conducting their criminal enterprise as legitimate business expenses and thereby reduce their forfeiture to zero. This is like a pair of drug dealers wanting to deduct the costs of their Ferraris and Lambos; Miami Beach penthouses; money laundering fees to the mob; guns; hookers; payments to the Cartel; and private jet travel as legitimate business expenses. This is laughable, delusional, and shows why the Court will likely uphold the November surrender date. These two crooks belong in a US Federal prison.
David Gentile wants to bring in an apparent expert named “Ms. Murray” to testify at the August, 2025 post-conviction forfeiture hearing for the two GPB criminals. Gentile absurdly argues that he was paid a market rate salary as a CEO. However, this is irrelevant and has nothing to do with anything related to this case. He fails to understand that any and all monies he earned as the result of his criminal enterprise are deemed “the proceeds of crime.” This is self-evident except to those possessed of a criminal mind.
Gentile and Schneider still seem to think they are legitimate and that their crimes are separable from the “legitimate” parts of their business when it comes to forfeiture. They are idiots.

Moreover, both men still face eight Civil RICO cases filed by eight States Attorneys General. These Civil RICO complaints all allege the same thing: GPB Capital Holdings operated as an ongoing criminal enterprise and engaged in racketeering and conspiracy.
The Government has filed to exclude to Ms. Murray from appearing. In doing so, the Government slaps Gentile hard in the face in its response. However, this will not knock any sense into the aberrated criminal mind of David Gentile:

“I mugged that guy and took $100, but if I’d worked an honest job that day, I’da made $100 and then some!” A legitimate mitigating argument if I’ve ever heard one.
Utterly disgusting that an attorney would even submit something like this, irritating that the prosecution has to respond to it, and further proof – as if we needed it – that money gives advantage in the “justice” system. Even STOLEN money.
David Gentile is at the point where he is paying his attorneys to throw sh*t at the wall to see what sticks.
Their greed (and stupidity) is gobsmacking in it’s scale.
They are free and have not paid any forfeiture. How is this justice served? Can’t investors even have the satisfaction of seeing these criminals broke and free? Make them pay the forfeiture then they can go to jail in November.
