Valeska Paris Discusses Her Time Serving on the Freewinds: Shelly Miscavige; A Raid by the French Police; A Suicide Covered Up; and the Final Days of Her Scientologist Stepfather Albert Jacquier

Valeska Paris was sent to Scientology Cadet Org at six years of age. She then joined the Sea Org when she was 14 years old. As a teenager she was sent to Scientology’s ship the Freewinds.

Valeska goes into detail about her relationship to Shelly Miscavige who has not been seen in public for over a decade. Other people discussed include Mike Napier, the Captain of the Freewinds, Guillaume Leserve, Heber Jentzsch, and Tom Cruise’s $400,000 birthday party on the Freewinds.

In this gripping podcast Valeska discusses the surprise raid on the Freewinds by the French police in 1999 when it was anchored at St. Barts. The Gendarmes made it all the way into David Miscavige’s cabin.

After this raid, David Miscavige permanently banned the Freewinds from traveling to any French island or possession in the Caribbean. On a related note, Miscavige exiled former Flag Captain Debbie Cook and her husband Wayne Baumgartner to the French island of Guadeloupe for about 18 months after Cook signed what is believed to be a significant high seven-figure settlement with the Church of Scientology.

Valeska describes the suicide of her stepfather Scientologist Albert Jaquier. As he was dying, Albert Jacquier kept a diary of his last days. After his death,  Valeska’s mother published it online asThe Diary of a Dying Scientologist.”  A PDF copy is below.

Valeska describes the suicide of a Sea Org member on the Freewinds and how it was covered up by Scientology.

  1. An incredibly tragic story. I am most sorry 😞 Although different, I too lost my father while he was in Scientology to cancer and was of the utmost OT Levels. My heart goes out. ♥️

  2. Loaning money to a scientologist is just about the stupidest thing that anyone could ever do.
