* Ethan Suplee is in the mix because he wrote a letter to the Judge asking for leniency for David Gentile. Both Ethan Suplee and David Gentile are Scientologists; but how are the two connected? That is an unanswered question at present.
* David Gentile’s lawyer was able to get the letters of support written on his behalf sealed. We know the names of those who wrote letters but the letters are sealed. Ethan Suplee’s name is on the court document of letter writers.
* Based upon the seriousness of his crimes, the sentencing guidelines call for 1020 months which is 85 years.
* The Feds are are recommending 20 years.
* David Gentile is asking for a non-incarceratory sentence where he serves no prison.
* The Judge can accept the 20-year recommendation, or, she can sentence higher or lower. We think the Judge will sentence David Gentile and Jeffry Schneider to 20 years.
