Commodore L. Ron Hubbard wore a silk cape at times with his fake Navy uniform. Like much of what Hubbard did, the silk cape was yet another affectation. We wonder if David Miscavige and Tom Cruise secretly wear silk capes when they are out of the public eye.
The late self-appointed Scientology Commodore L. Ron Hubbard (1911-1986) created a seven division Org board which he plagiarized from the WWII-era US Navy.
Each division has three departments, which gives Scientology its 21-Department Org Board.
Scientology’s 21-Department Org board contains the Departments of Perception, Enlightenment, Energy, Realization and other oddly-named departments.
OSA is in Division 7, Department 20. This department is called the “Existence Department” as seen in the chart below:

Hubbard’s megalomania proof, is what the Organizing Board of Hubbard’s is.
Scientology is pseudo-therapy, quackery. It has five secret levels of exorcism, OT 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, that the rich upper Scientologists can only afford, no average lower income people EVER get to the exorcism 5 steps, and that’s actually a good thing, no one needs do all this Hubbard exorcism if you ask me.
Scientology’s priced itself out of the popular average person’s pocketbook range.
It’s just a whole lotta exorcism of invisible souls dumped onto earth by space alien leader named Xenu, and Xenu as a word is taboo in Scientology, they aren’t allowed to speak the Xenu word only in their secret “course rooms” where they teach the Xenu story theory.
All a person needs to know, is the Xenu theory, because if you speak the Xenu theory to Scientologists, then the Hubbard regulations tell them to reject you and disqualify you from being allowed into Scientology.
So, to spoiler alert anyone against Scientology, and do a helpful act to anyone, just explain the Xenu theory simply to all new persons never in Scientology, and it disqualifies them from Scientology.
Hubbard didn’t really think his draconian regulations through, he didn’t realize that by making the Xenu word a taboo to speak or define to new people interested in the Scientology scam, Hubbard was giving the outside world the tools to protect average people from the Hubbard scam.
Use Xenu theory, I say, to disqualify persons, and act as a spoiler alert, to them getting them “Dead Filed” which is the category that Hubbard’s regulations enforce on persons talking Xenu theory to Scientologists.

Proof of Hubbard being a megalomaniac is the Hubbard “Organizing Board” and its numerous Hubbard writings self praising himself for this chart.

The “awareness characteristics” another Hubbard boring bureaucratic BS outlay of words, are what the 21 departments also each possess.
The 21 departments have their corresponding 21 “awareness characteristics.”
In my totally wasted decades in the Scientology cult bureaucrats training department, I had to “Chinese School” the admin trainee bureaucrats to chant the “awareness characteristics” as a sub part of the overall “Chinese School” chanting that we did of the 21 departments.
SO many details, enough to bore anyone to sleep in seconds!
It’s all BS, unless one is a well greased leader person already. It’s just all words, and waste of time.
I wish Xenu were the first thing taught new interested persons about Scientology.
People dont hear about Xenu within the walls of the orgs for years, they have to wait to getting to the Scientology “Advanced Organizations” to finally be taught about Xenu.
Xenu is the best backfiring word Hubbard ever sputtered.
Thank goodness for the media
