A review of the lawsuit filed by the Estate of Whitney Mills against the Church of Scientology.
Whitney Mills (1982-2022) was an OT8. She attempted to take her own life on May 12, 2022 and passed away the next day as a result of injuries and a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Shockingly, she asked Scientology to give her the “End of Life Assist” which indicated her state of mind. Rather than getting her the crisis care she needed, Scientology did not help Whitney.
Fast forward to 7:43 to hear Pat Broeker talking about how L. Ron Hubbard wrote up an OT Level on how to drop the body. This is what Whitney Mills was looking for. This purported technique is often referred to as the “How to Drop the Body Assist.”
The text of Whitney Mills confiding in her friend that she had asked the Scientology Director of Processing for the assist on how to drop the body. Whitney’s admission of suicidality here was handled by use of Scientology’s horrendous Introspection Rundown. This was the same process to which Lisa McPherson was subjected to for 17 days and which ended in her death:

I just read the whole lawsuit over at tony ortega’s this morning.
Unbe-effin-believable!!!!! 🥵
Whitney Mills was merely worried about going insane…. But while she was experiencing her ordeal which ended in her death, she was surrounded by and being controlled by a group of people who are criminally insane! Hopefully this lawsuit will put an end to the FSO’s institutionalized quackery.
The “End of Life Assist” comes across as illegal, sounds like assisted suicide.
Scientology believes firmly all humans are eternal souls, inside our human body, and as an eternal soul, we WILL live again in new human bodies.
This name needs revision by Scientology, they should call it something else, no matter what Hubbard called it.
Apparently, Ray Mithoff “ran” the Hubbard “End of Life Assist” on Hubbard. It’s an “objective” style Hubbard quackery “auditing” action. And it’s got some “planning” where one supposedly arrange into which set of parents one will be reborn as a baby, etc. Getting the future pregnant parents agreement, supposedly.
If Ray Mithoff did run the “End of Life Assist” on Hubbard, then Ray would know and someday I hope answers, what Hubbard planned and said to Ray.
We know from what Hubbard told Sarge, as Lawrence Wright’s “Going Clear….” final pages reveals, Hubbard didn’t plan to return to earth, but do the “OT Running Program” which is soul fly around a distant star, as a rehabilitation soul procedure Hubbard wished to instead do on himself.

The Scientology “End of Life Assist” I think ought to be thoroughly studied and publicly reported on in detail.
The woman didn’t get Flag to give her the Hubbard “End of Life Assist.”
She obviously ought to have seen a responsible non Scientologist doctor, and gotten a doctor’s recommendation for mental health help, my thoughts.
I hope this goes somewhere. I get tired of all the lawsuits against this cult going nowhere or getting held up for years by their abuses of the legal system.
